transport to the mill
Transporting the parchment coffee from KPKP's washing station in the Puilboreau area, to the mill in Dondon, a long and steep descent and reascent.

If there is no mill on-site, the parchment is transported to the mill in a truck rented by the cooperative.

At present the parchment coffee must be taken from the Borgne and Plaisance / Puilboreau areas by mountain roads that descend nearly to the coast and then reascend to Dondon, incurring an extra 60-70km, to use the milling facility in Dondon used by KKKLD and CACGAVA.

When the centralised mill is established at Plaine du Nord, near Cap Haïtien, this will process the coffee from cooperatives in Puilboreau, Champagne and Petit Bourg de Borgne.

The next stage of processing is milling of the dried parchment coffee.
