Phase 2: 2002 onwards

SEFADES was an important partner during the start-up phase of RECOCARNO (see Phase 1 - 1997-2001), but after the first year, RECOCARNO was able to operate independently of SEFADES.

The structure changed in 2002 (the beginning of Phase 2) to create the present organisation at both the local (Local Assemblies etc) and at the Union level.
