After bulking, the green coffee is packed in 60kg lots into RECOCARNO export bags and sewn up. The bags are marked with details of their origins.

The next stage of processing is transporting the bags to Cap-Haïtien ready for export by container ship via Kingston, Freeport or Miami to destinations in Europe or Japan.
